Our clients wanted to update and upgrade their dark and dated kitchen to better reflect their sense of style and to take advantage of incredible mountain views. A hard-to-access loft/office was removed and the existing bathroom was downsized to accommodate a smaller powder room and a pantry off the kitchen.
The resulting space is light, bright, airy and highlights the clients’ extensive art collection. One of the clients, a professional ceramic artist, created custom, hand-made tiles for the backsplash featuring impressions of wild flowers common to our area. She also created a hand-made vessel sink for the powder room.
