This historic house has, over the years, unquestioningly become the owners’ “forever home.” With that in mind, and with their three adult children out of the house, they embarked on an extensive interior and exterior renovation. We were hired to help with cabinetry, color palette and paint selection, as well as sourcing other materials. And you can see how the project got its hashtag — it’s a colorful, whimsical space just perfect for the quilter who lives there. From the bathroom tile work, which evokes classic quilting patterns, to the custom stainless steel and pottery chandelier in the dining room, the house is unique and also surprisingly cohesive.
